Leadership Retreats

Together with a team of fascinating women specializing at medical aspects of coping with stress, yoga with elements of calligraphy, and nutrition expertise, we help women go from insecurity and stress to more clarity on what they really want so that they can design better lives for themselves, and people close to their hearts. We help women who are going through a transformation from feeling anxious, tired, overwhelmed and stressed out to feeling energetic, motivated, confident and purpose-driven so that they can regain positive emotions, relationships and build healthy sustainable habits and rituals.

In our programs you:

  • Learn numerous methods how to cope with stress and face challenges with confidence, even if you do not consider yourself a naturally resilient person
  • Get to know the secrets of positive leadership and self-leadership
  • Get inspirations from the world of fine arts
  • Relax surrounded by nature and beauty
  • Practice yoga and breathing technics
  • Enjoy sensory walks and Story Art Café
  • Discover the abundance of the local culture

Because being a good leader involves being in tune with your values and your strengths. It is better to be present than to be perfect.
